Useful commands

Insert row anywhere

Right-click any row number cell (the # column) → Insert row ↑, Insert row ↓, or Delete row.

Insert / rename / delete column

Right-click any column header → Insert column ←, Insert column →, Rename column, or Delete column. Rename and insert prompt for a column name.

Resize column width

Hover the right edge of any column header (faint vertical grip line). Cursor becomes ↔ — click and drag to widen or narrow. Minimum 50px. Widths persist per sheet on this device.

Range selection

Click a cell to set the anchor, then Shift+click another cell to extend the selection into a rectangle (highlighted blue).

Copy a range (e.g. 3 × 5)

Make the selection, press Ctrl+C. Goes to clipboard as TSV — paste into Excel / Google Sheets and the cells land in the right slots.

Paste from Excel

Copy in Excel (any rectangle), click the target cell in the website, press Ctrl+V. The TSV is parsed and pasted at the cell; rows are appended automatically if the paste is taller than the current sheet.

Single-cell editing is unchanged

Ctrl+C with no Shift-selection still does normal text copy from the focused input. Ctrl+V on plain text (no tabs / newlines) still inserts at the cursor.

Add row at the end

Header button + Row. The new row is appended and the first cell focused.

Create a new tab

Header button + Tab. Prompts for the tab name, then for comma-separated column names. The new tab is empty until you add rows.

Delete the current tab

Header button Delete tab. Confirms before removal. Reversible within 10 actions via Undo.

Undo (up to 10 actions)

Header button ↶ Undo, or Ctrl+Z when not focused inside a cell. Tracks cell edits, row add/delete, tab create/delete. Column add/delete/rename are not in the undo stack. In-memory only — a page reload clears the stack.

Save

Header button Save writes the current tab back to the server. Switching tabs prompts if there are unsaved changes. The browser also prompts before close.

Filter rows

The search box under each tab filters by any cell value (case-insensitive). The pinned totals row, if present, is not filtered.

Pinned totals row

2026核銷清單 and 2026訂單 show a greyed-out, non-editable totals row at the top. The label is 訂單總額; the amount column shows the live sum and updates as you edit.

Export XLSX

Header button Export XLSX downloads a multi-sheet .xlsx with one sheet per tab. Doing so also stamps today's date as the latest backup.

Backup status

The tiny line at the page bottom shows: 上次備份日期: YYYYMMDD. 今天日期是 YYYYMMDD. 距離備份日是 N 天. Turns amber if it's been ≥ 7 days since the last export.

Sign out

Header button Sign out clears the session cookie. Sessions otherwise last 30 days.
